"Phone downloaded new software and app doesn't work anymore"
"The app just refused to launch. There was a pop-up telling me why that lasted almost 1/10 of a second. Couldn't screen shot because of "Security Settings" so I used my wife's phone to take a picture. Seems that all of a sudden it doesn't like USB Debugging on. It has been on for years. I'm supposed to use a secure password but when it asks for it I'm usually away from home. It is a computer generated PW that I will never be able to remember. I'm nowhere finished but at limit."
